I cannot recommend Grand Lakes Dental on Fry Road in Katy, TX, highly enough! After avoiding the dentist for too long, I had to visit this office for four consecutive weeks to tackle some significant dental issues. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. It all began with Dawn, who was delightful and took detailed X-rays using their modern equipment. Joseph, the business manager, then clearly explained all the findings and provided me with specific prices for the necessary work. He also gave me options and crafted a plan I felt completely comfortable with. The deep cleaning I received from Jose, the hygienist, was hands down the best I've ever had. He was not only talented but also incredibly friendly, making the process smooth and even enjoyable. Then came Dr. Marwah Tukdi, who is impressive. She's passionate about her craft and has such great attention to detail. I've never met a dentist with such an artistic approach! I now think of my teeth as a work of art and Dr. Tukdi as the artist. She was professional, considerate, and had an excellent "chair-side" ("mouth-side?") manner. I look forward to my follow-up appointments with her, which is something I never thought I'd say about a dentist! Their focus on overall health sets this office apart, with dental hygiene being a significant component. I've never felt so welcomed, cared for, listened to, or appreciated in a dental office. I'm truly grateful I found this practice and will not go anywhere else again (insurance permitting!). What a five-star experience! At a dentist, no less!
